Returns & Cancellations:

 Before placing your order please review it and make sure it is right, we do not offer cancellations since we start processing your order immediately after you complete the checkout process. 

All Items are final sales no refunds or exchanges. We cannot offer a refund or exchanges on items due to hygiene reasons, etc.

Due to some irresponsible buyers buying things and then after the purchase asking for changes/custom colors which creates a time change frame and opening cases against my shop, there's ***ZERO tolerance for cancellations/changes***, as a buyer you are responsible for making up your mind before a purchase (every order implies supplies cost/labor and my ability to serve other orders in the most efficient time) therefore can no longer offer flexibility as dishonest people have forced me to have a strict policy.

Haute Tress is not responsible for your personal computer color monitor settings and thus variation in color in person is not a valid reason to return.

European Union Clients, please consider Haute Tress does not abide to European Union return policies before purchasing, Wigs are personal Items and cannot be returned under any circumstances as per hygiene regulations.

Refused packages/Not Claimed: will not be accepted and will be considered to the equivalent of you giving away your items.

Unauthorized return packages will not be accepted

- There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse," or for bad fit (the wigs are standard and adjustable within most head sizes)
- Haute Tress is not responsible for any item once it has shipped.
- Haute Tress is not responsible for Customs fees in your country.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
